After 3d printing more than 100 Coronavirus masks for hospital workers and trying out over a dozen designs, I have finally found what I would consider to be the best design to date. This mask provides a large surface area for superior breathability, the filter holder has a solid lip that securely holds the filters in place, the TPU coupled with the PETG provides for great comfort, and many more details discussed int he video.
