Today we dive into a fundamental problem in 3D printing. How to get the perfect first layer. The solution isn't always just to calibrate the first layer by adjusting the Z-axis. Sometimes there are other variables involved that complicate matters. As usual, we dive right in and tackle the problem from multiple angles until we come up with a solution.
