Elon Musk causes Porsche Taycan fire!

Yes, the title of this post is satire. Of course, Elon Musk had nothing to do with the recent Porsche Taycan EV battery fire, but it illustrates a problem we have in this country with media coverage. Unless a story is going to drive more ad revenue, it falls to the side. Had the vehicle involved in the fire been a Tesla, it would have been national news, the stock price would have tumbled, and the sky would start to fall. Instead, we end up talking about an off-handed and completely unrelated tweet about Bill Gates making it on the news. It's unfortunate, and I explain why it happens in the video.
